Unfortunately I arrived a bit late (00.30) so I missed Yab-Yum whom I would have loved to hear. Amazon was nice and Malice in Wonderland played a very nice set accompanied by amazing visuals from Exit FX. Thanks for the nice moments. The decoration was nice. The soundsystem could have been better positioned etc. but at least during the last set I was enjoying myself so it could have been worse.

Greetings to everyone I met and chatted with - it was nice to meet so many friends some of whom I haven't seen in a long time.

Unfortunataley the end of the party was less funny. Although from the beginning everybody was saying that the party ends at 4 a.m. and that there will be an after somewhere, it turned out not to be true: music stopped at 3 a.m., the security started harrassing people so they would leave the building and nobody knew where the after would take place.

I discussed this with some friends-organizers/djs and we all agreed that this is not the way of the psychedelic trance movement: parties must last without break at least till sunrise, better longer. Also if for some legal reasons this is not possible, the organizer should a) from the beginning let everyone know how things stand and when the music will stop and b) try to find a way to continue the music (somewhere else if necessary) despite the legal limitations.

For me (and many others I talked with) the psychedelic trance movement is not about pleasing the state or the police - it's about allowing everyone to do what they want (without harming others of course). Everyone who doesn't agree with this should start his own scene where he can do different stuff - our scene should be preserved for those who know its ideals and try to follow them as much as possible.

If there weren't Prometheus playing there, it wouldn't have been worth the 3 hours ride to Lausanne, and again 3 hours back in the very early morning. His live set was mighty, though, a collection of the best tunes from his own albums, accompanied by a few ones off his collaboration with RajaRam. Didn't disappoint me at all, moreover, made up for the lights going on much too early from a Psytrance point of view.
