you have to comply with the law in the country where the server resideds that hosts the isratrance forum. if you don't kow who to ask, check with the IFPI, i am sure they can tell you whom to talk to.

my experiences with the suisa, by the way, were very good. people took their time to explain everything and were very friendly.

you could also drop nem from sofaspace.ch an email

give away for downloading is illegal, put the mix in a player with no download option is legal I think. .... but check ifpi for this information first.
